We're working to transform AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members.NOTE: This role is Hybrid and requires 2 days in our Walnut Creek, CA officeSUMMARYOur Salesforce Administrator's responsibility is to assist in our organizations ongoing evolution of our Salesforce instance to be aligned with company goals. The administrator will assist in the ongoing development of the Salesforce for Service, Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Marketing teams. The administrator will partner with subject matter experts, functional leaders, and senior leaders to identify, develop and deploy new features and enhancements. This role will also work closely with our Enterprise IT division to ensure access controls and maintain security compliance of Salesforce for the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSServe as one of the system administrators for the environment to provide on-going support of Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Knowledge, Community, etc. Perform regular internal system/security audits (i.e. MFA, CCPA/CPRA) and preparations for upgrades. Monitor and analyze site metrics, security health, system performance, and user activity.Responsible for working on tasks/projects across divisions to improve Member experience leveraging Salesforce.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.Author and review system and technical documentation, and follow change management processes. Comply with system enforcement of standards, tools and methodologies.Participate in story planning, providing estimates standups and retrospectives, and system architecture review meetings. Provide user training for Salesforce users to increase user adoption.Participate in data quality and analytics efforts including data loading, data exporting, record deduplication, data cleanup ,and delivering reports and dashboards.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS1-3 years of SFDC administration experienceMust have Salesforce product knowledge with hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, FSL, Communities and Tableau. Revenue Cloud experience will be a definite bonusManage all administrative functions including designing and enhancing flows, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, process builder, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, SSO configuration, user profiles & permission sets, OWD, queues, list views, formula fields, reports and dashboard development, and data loadExperience with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavascriptStrong knowledge of MFA and CCPA/CPRA ConfigurationDemonstrated experience with writing SQL queries and ad hoc reporting.Ability to help translate customer requirements into SFDC configurationStrong understanding of data structures and data modelingKnowledge of Salesforce APIs on how to integrate with 3rd party toolsStrong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD (i.e. Github, Copado, etc.)Excellent Agile project management skills and a positive attitude.Proven creativity, analytical and strong problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal directionExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.Agility and flexibility to work with multiple teams including offshoreSalesforce integration experience preferred, including between different business systems as well as working with integration toolsCustomer-focused, result-driven and team playerFamiliar with LucidCharts, Google Sheet, Google Doc, and Google MeetingJOB REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or GED plus 2 years of Salesforce experience (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FLS, CPQ, Community).3 years of hands on Salesforce experience (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FLS, CPQ, Community) preferred.#LI-VB1#VIC_RXWe target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $104,044.00 - Mid: $130,055.00- Max: $156,065.00-
