This position offers a hybrid schedule after initial training, with no holiday, night, or weekend hours required! The CAE RN assesses the eligibility of community residents for a variety of community-based programs. It requires an RN with a MA license, intermediate level computer skills, and at least two years of clinical experience.Qualifications:* Valid Massachusetts RN license* Valid driver's license* Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or an Associates of Science degree in Nursing and at least one (1) year of clinical experience and/or nursing in the community or long-term care setting.* Diploma RN with two (2) additional years of community-based nursing experience or long-term care direct service experience.Hands-on skilled nursing services are not part of this position; however, excellent organizational and assessment skills, as well as the ability to independently manage a caseload, are critical.We offer ongoing training, supportive supervision, great team relations and a sense of challenging, worthwhile work within the local communities we serve.
