Counselors are available 24 hours a day to both employees and their family members.Banking Alternatives (e.g. HealthCare Associates Credit Union)PTO: Employees can accrue up to 26 days off annually.Referral Rewards (upwards of $4k)Employee Fitness RoomFree ParkingSummary: Join our team to provide individualized nursing care for adults and geriatric patients under the direction of the Nursing Director/Manager.Responsibilities:Deliver patient care with respect, excellence, and concern.Manage overall care of assigned patients.Respond to physician orders and perform clinical assessments.Document patient progress and provide thorough shift reports.Work collaboratively with PCTs and Respiratory Therapists.Supervise LPNs and PCTs.Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.Requirements:Skills and Abilities:Analytical skills for patient assessment.Strong interpersonal skills.Physical ability for standing, walking, and lifting patients.Ability to work under pressure.Teamwork and technical skills.Experience:Recent hospital experience preferred.Experience with ventilators, wound care, or critical care.Certifications:Nursing diploma, AA, AS, or Bachelor's degree.Illinois RN license.CPR certification; ACLS preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Working Conditions:Work in a patient care environment.Bonus:$12,500 sign-on bonus (terms apply).Apply now to make a difference in patient care!
