Hospice considers the unit of care to extend beyond the patient and include the family and caregivers as defined by the patient.Responsibilities:Hospice care provides patients with the comfort and dignity they deserve through their end-of-life journey. This role requires daily driving in order to provide care where our patients call home, this could be a home setting, facility setting, etc.Qualifications:1. Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.2. Must be licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse.3. One year of RN experience. Hospice experience preferred.4. Must have excellent assessment skills and problem-solving skills.6.
