We serve local, national and international clients.We are in the process of hiring clinic and laboratory staff to revamp our team and allow us to create a top-of-the-line patient experience.*As a senior embryologist at New England Fertility, you will be working in a fast-paced, growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism and collaboration. You will be expected to be an independent thinker and a team player and work collaboratively with the physician and the clinical team. **This is a full-time position. Hours are variable and depend on workload. Weekend coverage is required. **The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible**Responsibilities** Perform assisted reproductive technology methods including, but not limited to, semen preparation, oocyte identification conventional IVF, ICSI, embryo culture and grading, laser assisted hatching, trophectoderm biopsy, sperm, oocyte and embryo cryopreservation (vitrification).* Maintain accurate laboratory records* Perform quality control procedures.* Participate in the laboratory's quality management program* Coordinate with reproductive endocrinologists and OB/GYNs to assist their patients with reproductive health issues and clinical research.* Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures* Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved* Support and promote excellence in customer service* Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in the day to day*Desired Skills and Experience** 3+ year's experience in clinical embryology* Able to work independently with minimal supervision* Proficiency in all IVF laboratory methods including micromanipulation techniques (ICSI and Blastomere biopsy) and vitrification of eggs and embryos.* Detail oriented, meticulous record-keeping* Strong communication skills & a team player* Willingness to be flexible* Familiarity with all state and local regulations including tissue bank licensing* Experienced in EMRNew England Fertility provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and traininJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Holidays* Monday to Friday* On call* Weekends as neededEducation:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* Clinical Laboratory Experience: 1 year (Preferred)* Laboratory Experience: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Medical Technologist (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Stamford, CT 06905: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
