*Shifts:*The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.* Fridays Overnights 8p-8a; Thursdays 4p-10p, Every other Saturday 4p-10p; Every other Sunday 12p-10p. Back-up shifts also needed.*Patient Details:** Cerebral Palsy* Seizure Disorder* Urinary retention (requiring straight catheterizations).* Tracheostomy (Vented at night and when ill)* G/J tube for feedings and medications* Respiratory Treatments (Nebulizers, Cough Assist, ABI vest, PRN suctioning)* Cortical BlindnessPatient Narrative: Patient is a sweet 19-year-old young man who loves listening to music, interacting with peers/family, and watching TV shows such as Stranger Things and Harry Potter. During weekdays, patient goes to a day program. Wonderful home environment, and organized.
