We offer a signing bonus of $2000, 401K matching at 1000 hrs worked or 1 year, PTO after 90 days, and a healthcare reimbursement program of $400 per month for full-time employees (MEC qualifications apply).To perform this job successfully, an individual needs to be able to :- Provide periodontal treatments to include scaling, root planning, curettage, periodontal charting and polishing.- Provide treatment for adult and children prophys which may include but not limited to:- Exams, radiographs, prophy's, fluoride, and sealants.- Document services rendered and other related information in patients' charts following each appointment.
