This position will be a part of our new Wave Kids Pediatric team. As a Pedodontist with Dental Wave, you will have the support you need to grow your career. Dentists with Dental Wave have 100% clinical autonomy and are encouraged to provide as many services as possible to our patients. The Dentist must have a clear and active license from the state and have successfully completed a pediatric dental residency.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat children with oral diseasesProvide dentistry services including oral sedation to childrenEducate patients and their parents about oral hygiene and preventative dental careStay abreast with latest developments in dentistry field through our complimentary CE coursesExamine patients, obtain medical history and develop treatment planMaster patient progress and maintain immaculate treatment recordsWork with clinic and staff to provide quality patient care servicesAddress clinical issues promptly and accuratelyBenefitsHealth Insurance (medical, dental and vision)Life InsuranceDisabilityNo lab fees for in-network labs$1000 towards Continuing Education each year401(k) planTwo weeks of paid time off per yearRequirements: Qualifications:This position does not require a Pedodontic residency but a passion for working with kids is desiredDDS or DMD from a CODA and/or ADA accredited schoolLicensed to practice in stateCPR Certified, a plusUnderstanding of, and complies with, local, state, and ADA regulations, protocols, and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
