Registered Nurse

*Responsibilities *A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team to the Patient Care Coordinator for the provision of skilled nursing assessment and hospice care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with Hospice philosophy and policies and procedures.
