LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities:Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.- Provide direct patient care in a senior care or assisted living setting- Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Provide specialized care for patients with memory care needs- Assist with airway management and ventilate patients as needed- Perform catheter care and other nursing procedures- Educate patients and their families on health coaching and self-care techniquesRequirements:- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license- Experience in senior care or assisted living preferred- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and documentation practices- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care- Knowledge of anatomy and physiologyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
