You're a team player - someone who's enthusiastic, energetic and has a desire to grow and learn. You're comfortable with discussing treatment with patients, skilled in soft tissue management, and motivated by helping our patients develop and maintain good oral health.*What You Do Really, Really Well:*· Perform cleanings· Apply sealants and fluorides· Take and develop X-Rays· Keep track of patient care and treatment plans· Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, such as how to brush and floss correctly· Sterilize dental instruments and tools*Your Ideal Skills and Experience:*· 2+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist· Associate degree in Dental Hygiene required· Current CPR certification required· Excellent verbal communication skills· Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules*Benefits* *You'll Enjoy:*We offer a competitive salary, company paid CE, paid time off, and medical and retirement benefits (including 401k match).
