Benefits start at 24 hours.100% paid by employer life, accidental death and dismemberment, and long-term disability insurance.Monthly Employee Recognition programFree onsite parkingUnlimited Employee Referral BonusUp to $3000 yearly in Tuition reimbursement.As the Registered Nurse, RN, for Casa de Ramana your essential job responsibilities include:Assessing the health care needs of the resident, make a nursing diagnosis, transition this, through collaboration with the nursing team, into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available.The ability to establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff and community.A broad scope of knowledge commiserates with her/his experience to be able to address the needs of the medically complex as well as the mentally compromised residents.The knowledge to assess the effect of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to interdisciplinary team and medical managers to continuously provide the resident with the treatment appropriate to their individual needs.The ability to lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care by providing a structure. Provide education to residents regarding their healthcare issues, and care plan strategies.Knowledge of and is able to apply knowledge regarding the protection of resident rights, and the treatment of residents, staff and community with respect and dignity. Treating resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality and respect.Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) :A current unencumbered RN licensure.Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and speak English, as well as add, subtract, multiply and divide.Must have some working knowledge of computers, including the electronic medical record.
