With a strong reputation in the community, you can build your practice quickly, while taking the time to enjoy the beauty of life outside of work with a schedule that supports work-life balance.Benefit Highlights:Full-time - 4 day workweekCompensation: base salary plus production$120,000 - $180,000/yearProvisions for relocationFull health benefits package (health, vision, life, dental)PTO, 401K, CMEPaid Licensure, DEA & Malpractice100% OutpatientLight, shared call (no hospital call)Minimum Qualifications:Qualifications:Current Nurse Practitioner license2+ years of experience as Nurse Practitioner preferredUnderstands HIPAA and OSHA regulationsAble to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nursesProficient in EHR medical charting system and computer-based data management programs and information systemsAttend work regularly and on timeNurse Practitioner Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate new patient consultation and health history reviewPerform physical examinations and screenings of patientsOrder and administer tests including bloodworkReview and interpret test results to diagnose health problemsRecommend further treatment options or future appointments if neededProvide referrals to other practitioners when necessaryProvide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their familiesEnsure patient records are kept up to date including test results, immunizations, condition changes, etc.About Us:Pacific Medical Group is a well-established primary care group with 6 Primary Care clinics throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area and is part of the Praxis Health family of clinics located across the Pacific Northwest.Praxis Health is the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network, providing the highest levels of individualized patient care.
