They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The duties include but are not limited to:Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.Review and monitor sales and service performancesSupport, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.A dynamic leader who sets a high bar and inspires others to reach it.Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to problem-solve in an educational and cooperative manner.Qualifications:A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.5 years in healthcare industry preferred2 years of experience working in LeadershipCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice withBachelor's or Master's Degree preferredRNIN
