In this role, the DON manages and evaluates nursing care delivery in accordance with PrimeCare Medical's (PCM) philosophy, goals, and objectives. The DON also ensures that nursing practice complies with established nursing standards.Requirements: The Director of Nursing is a fast-paced position, and as such we must have someone who has the ability to multi-task and has a good grasp of patient assessment skills. Other requirements for the Registered Nurse include:• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania• Previous management experience in a medical facility or more or 3 years experience working in an emergency department.• Experience in health care delivery system.• Decision-making ability required.• Ability to communicate effectively.• Leadership ability required.• Demonstrate clinical competency.
