Supervises licensed staff and certified nursing assistants and manages the care provided to residents during scheduled shift.Job Requirements:Licensed as Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in ConnecticutCPR CertificationA minimum of two (2) years RN Supervisor experience in a long-term care setting preferredAbility to understand and follow instructions in English; write routine reports and correspondence; read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals; and perform simply arithmeticHourly wage: $47.00 -$ 51.00 (based upon years of licensure)Generous Shift Differential $5/hr 2nd shift, $6/hr 3rd shift; $2/hr weekend shiftsGreat Benefits- Use of Pool and Fitness CenterREQUIREMENTS• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification• Graduate of an approved R.N program (per state requirements)• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirableBENEFITSWe believe in offering our employees competitive pay.
