Nursing care is provided through the implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident safety, and supervises the resident care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follow all Twinbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
