Description Position at CMI Media Group The Supervisor, Social Engagement is responsible for developing brand social and influencer strategies at CMI Media Group. They will work collaboratively across CMI Media Group disciplines including engagement strategy, paid social, social intelligence and partner agency leads across to create engaging social and influencer programs for our high tier client(s), with an innovative, data, analytics and results-drive mindset at the core. They will be a core client contact for social content, influencer, community and guidance opportunities. Responsibilities: * Ability to develop unique social and influencers strategies * Primary client lead for content, influencer, community and guidance engagements * Assist SVP and Director in continuing to create best-in-industry social capabilities * Act as a point person for internal stakeholders to ensure strategies align with media efforts * Build out social content partnerships and pilot opportunities * Regularly collaborates and interfaces with other cross function teams to provide best-in-class thinking and action for the clients * Serves as a mentor to junior employees throughout the agency * Generates enthusiasm for and commitment to the client's business among internal team members * Stimulates the team for maximum productivity and job satisfaction; gain the confidence and trust of peers and colleagues Requirements: * Previous agency management of Fortune 500 Company, Large scale Pharma or Health Clients; agency experience preferred * Minimum of 5-7 years' social strategy experience, managing high tier clients in an agency setting, or in-house agency / SME team setting * Previous team management experience and strong team building know-how * Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Health industry and regulations within the social media space * Strong strategy and innovation background, never accepting the baseline and always dreaming bigger * Prior influencer experience, HCP-influencer experience preferred * Knowledge of social media and influencer management tools ALL FOR GOOD CMI Media Group and Compas were built on inclusion and diversity.
