Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking for someone who has prior internal customer service experience for a corporate company. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized as well as someone who has good oral and written communication skills. You will need to be able to meet tight deadlines, process internal orders and even sometimes assist with annual inventory ResponsibilitiesSales Support: Inside Sales / Bid Desk: Tech Ops Purchasing OtherProcess internal orders:Process orders for Innovation Center, Showrooms, & Conference Rooms.Assist all departments when necessary Process orders and follow up to ensure that they are processed by the vendor/manufacturer and shipped accordingly.Assist with damaged shipments and replacements.Facility Event Support:RequirementsDemonstrated customer service focus and client communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferredIntermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) $50,000 - $60,000 a year
