Job briefWe are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current debtors, customers and agents. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesBuild sustainable relationships with clients and agentsKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer support roleTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeThis is not a work-from-home position.
