As one of the premier contractors in the Southwest, and an industry leader in virtual construction, fabrication, construction, and facility commissioning, we continually look for people who share in our Core Values to better themselves and contribute to our mission of changing the construction industry as empowered thought leaders.We are currently seeking Project Executives to support the construction of the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.Ability to manage several complex projects, simultaneously, or a large construction program with a high degree of effectiveness and accountabilityEffectively communicates and collaborates with the Vice President(s) of Operations and Vice President(s) of Field OperationsHas overall responsibility for project team success, including alignment with Corbins culture and Core Values, in addition to project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitabilityEnsures all Project Manager responsibilities are properly managed and executedParticipates in, or may lead, the business development process, including the establishment and management of client relationships, proposal development, presentations, and negotiationsEstablishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partnersResponsible for understanding and negotiating prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, and purchase order agreementsEnsures change orders and/or contract amendments are executed in a timely manner and within the signatory limitsReviews cost models, cost estimates and construction schedules in detail to ensure project success from preconstruction to final completionChampions the orderly and timely transition from preconstruction to constructionMentors and develops Project Managers for future leadership rolesAbility to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with othersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Positive and teachable attitudePossesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience leading project teams and successfully achieving project goalsEducation/CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relative construction experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or similarExtensive relative construction experience will be considered in lieu of formal educationThis is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies will apply.It has been and continues to be the long-standing policy of Corbins to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
