Accelerate your career and join our team at TUSTIN TOYOTA.Work with Receivables and Payables for Factory and Various Accounts schedules.File claims on rebates.Toyota care services.Process Vehicle Service Contracts such as GAP Insurance with Franchise.Daily Deposit Reconciliation.Reviews accounts receivable on a weekly basis.Researches and solves payment discrepancies.Processes payments and credits.Makes adjustments to accounts as needed.General ledger account reconciliation.Additional duties may be assigned.Must have 2-5 years Accounting experience.Accounting degree preferred (not required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in excel.Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.Must be self-motivated.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities and work as a team.Must be detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
