Fire protection scope of work design specification and layoutDrawing development using AutoCAD and RevitPerform code reviewsShop drawing and submittal review and processingQuantity take-offs and cost estimatesProject management and client interaction opportunitiesAssist with mentoring junior technicians and engineersWhat you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:Master or Journey Plumber license requiredPE license required6 or more years of prior commercial plumbing design experience as an engineering MEP consultant or plumbing contractor requiredExperience with architectural projects such as schools, municipal buildings, health care facilities and commercial buildings preferredPrior experience coordinating a project from start to finish with both contractors and clients preferredExperience with Revit and AutoCAD preferredPrior project management experience would be a plusExcellent planning and organizational skills required for fast-paced and multi-tasking environment with the ability to coordinate this information across disciplinesPersonality & Cultural Fit:Honesty & IntegrityCommitment to learningRespect & care for employeesOpennessClient focusedIndependent yet collaborativeResults orientedCreative problem solverPositive attitudeCooperation / teamworkFlexibleDependableBenefits We tried to narrow it down to just 5 reasons to work at MSA, but we couldn’t stop ourselves!
