Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager of Communications in Digital Technology Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and execution for the communications program that supports CVS Health's Digital Technology team. The Senior Manager of Communications in Digital Technology Operations is essential for leading executive communications for the Senior Vice President (SVP), Digital Technology, and the development of a core communications strategy that drives forward the Digital Technology strategy, reinforces the team culture, and advances organizational change management initiatives.The Senior Manager of Communications in Digital Technology Operations is responsible for building messaging, materials, presentations, FAQs, tech branding and social media content, and more to support engaging and effective communications. In addition, you will partner with the CVS Digital Technology leadership to establish a model for consistent communication workflows across the team and involves a high degree of collaboration with leaders across the organization and close partnership with the Communications, Human Resources (HR), and in some cases Marketing teams. This role will at times be called upon to communicate on deep technical concepts, initiatives, and ongoing events and as such would demand familiarity and proven experience working with Digital, IT, or other technology teams, concepts and/or programs.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in corporate communications 7+ years of experience planning and executing end-to-end business communications initiatives 5+ years working in a large enterprise and/or healthcare industry organization 5+ years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of Digital, IT, or comparable technical organizations, programs, products or servicesPreferred Qualifications Experience working closely with technical talent or leadership like Digital software engineers and architects Working understanding of software development or architecture concepts Deep expertise in writing and editing a wide variety of communications, both on short notice and as part of long-term initiatives Ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently under minimal supervisionEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Business Communications or Corporate Communications or a related disciplineBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
