Job DescriptionThe goal of the Transparency in Coverage program is to meet CMS regulations that govern the create of industry Standard Machine Readable Files that include Negotiated Rates, as well as a Cost Estimator Tool that enables members to obtain costs for care before obtaining services from a Provider. The program uses the SAFe Methodology to deliver features that align to the regulations for Transparency in Coverage.The qualified candidate would be responsible as the Lead BA for the SAFe train that supports all of the data required to build the monthly MRF and to power the Cost Estimator. They would partner closely with the Transparency business, individualst/teams who have an expertise in the data required, and our vendor HealthSparq.The individual would be a key participant in both Product Increment and Sprint Planning, and will help the RTE layout work at a high level across PIs to align with compliance dates for key features.They would guide other BAs on the team, partner closely with Architecture to ensure they understood the business needs, and partner closely with consumers of the data (Healthsparq and Train 2)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
