The Talent Strategy Project Management Analyst role will support the operations and coordination of the Finance Internship Program (FIP), Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), and Experienced Finance Leadership Program (EFLP). A successful candidate will be adaptable, organized, collaborative, and be able to partner in creating a culture of belonging among our program members and partners. Responsible for: Managing Finance Leadership Program (FLP) calendar and communications Overseeing FLP Teams/Sharepoint site, ensuring availability of updated documents, tools, and resources Assisting with the management of internal relationships, processes and performance drivers Proactively leading assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and coordinating resources needed to successfully complete work Identify and resolve issues that may stall projects and work with manager to address them. Tracking progress and communicating project status on a regular basis to all engaged parties. Ensuring program committees are progressing toward goals and facilitating committee recognition Managing program data and metrics, including coordinating surveys, owning program Quickbase database, and assisting with reporting Leading EFLP Recruiting Engagement Team Reconciling team budget and payablesAdditionally, this role has the opportunity to lead various projects and workstreams that may interest you, such as program continuous improvement, social media & program branding, dashboard creation, and oversight of the program intranet page.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
