Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Retail Health team, the Senior Manager for Mental Health Technology and Operations will play an important role in defining our future state mental health product offerings and operational processes. These products will help our members and customers access mental health services that are designed to improve their overall quality of life and reduce cost. The Retail Mental Health team is a unique growth engine within the Fortune 8 company and is a strategic differentiator for our enterprise with strong executive support and visibility. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter to refine our virtual care operating model and prioritize product enhancements. As part of this group, the Senior Manager will: - Define high-priority development opportunities for our mental health product following a logical prioritization framework and process- Lead a diverse group of stakeholders through the prioritization process to align on our development priorities- Manage the development of a portfolio of new features and capabilities, serving as SME for Mental health technology and creating alignment across clinical, operations, technology, marketing, revenue, and business teams to deliver enhancements on time- Lead the launch and stabilization of new products and features to include testing, launch planning, workflow updates, defect management, and reporting alignment- Drive efficiency and creativity within our lean team by identifying opportunities to improve product definition, launch, and operational management processesThe Senior Advisor will report directly to the Director of Retail Mental Health, with exposure to executives from VP to SVP levels.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 4+ years of work experience, with strong preference for some combination of the following experience - technology program or product management; or healthcare strategy and operations- Demonstrated project management skills. Able to track multiple work streams across business units towards a single timeline. - Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization - ability to develop effective relationships is key to success in this role- Strong attention to detail- Strong verbal and written communicator, with ability to make connections across disciplines.- Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and comfortable with a fast changing environment.Preferred Qualifications- Background in payer or provider businesses.
