Job DescriptionRemote - Continental USHours: 9am-5pm in your time zone with some flexibility. No weekends or holidays will be required. Travel will be minimal less than 10%. In this position you will be responsible for creating instructor-led training solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units. As a critical part of the Business Excellence team within Enterprise Learning, Development and Performance, you will be focusing on designing and developing top quality instructor-led experiences in support of Aetna Customer Service Operations performance and business goals. Job Responsibilities including but not limited to: Using formal instructional design methodology to design, develop and implement sophisticated, complex, performance-focused and educational offerings via a variety of technology-based training methods. Simultaneously manages multiple, complex projects Developing and conducts follow-up assessments to determine the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and curriculum Writing storyboards for instructor-led training programs Managing projects and tasks to ensure all deadlines are reasonable and achieved Incorporate feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and products When designing training, conducts performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audiences. Working in partnership as appropriate with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art, technology-based training tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiences and integrate effectively into CVS Health's architecture Communicate regularly with program owners and stakeholders to manage the rollout of training materials and gather feedback on program effectiveness Effectively manage curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirements through the learning management system Coordinate the training plan to include project plan, and working with business and ELD&P partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met Use authoring tools, such as SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and/or Articulate Storyline 360, to create instructor-led training programsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 2+ years experience in a corporate training or related function 2+ years experience Aetna Commercial Service Operations customer service systems and workflows 2+ years experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and/or performance consulting with a focus on instructor-led technologies and techniques 2+ years experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media desired 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years experience with leading projects 2+ years translating raw content into storyboard formatPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of Aetna Commercial Service Operations claim processing systems and workflows Experience with authoring tools and/or web development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, etc.) Excellent communication and writing skillsEducation Bachelor's degree with 1+ years' experience in corporate training or Instructional Design/DevelopmentOR Associate's degree with 2+ years' experience in corporate training or Instructional Design/DevelopmentOR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years' experience in corporate training or Instructional Design/DevelopmentBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
