Job DescriptionAt CVS Health, we have an exciting opportunity within our Legal Department as an Associate Paralegal in Corporate Services. As an Associate Paralegal, you will be supporting attorneys and business teams with corporate governance, corporate transactions, and insurance regulatory filings. The ideal candidate for this position has a good work ethic, exceptional organizational and communications skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.Additional responsibilities: - Build and maintain, or oversee maintenance of, corporate governance files; - Drafting incorporation documents, corporate governance documents, board and shareholder consents, and insurance regulatory filings;- Responsible for tracking and monitoring regulatory filings;- Information management, including updating files and electronic data in connection with projects; and- Assisting with communications and coordinating responses to inquiries from all stakeholders, including internal business partners and regulators.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 28.85Maximum: 57.69Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
