Job DescriptionThe Manager, Scrum Master will be responsible for driving all phases of medium to large IT projects/programs to successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition, the Project Manager proactively provides coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for Project Management best practices, continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience including managing one or more large complex IT product/software development cycles/projects- Experience working in a PMO (Project Mgmt Office) environment as project managers, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications- CSM certificate is preferred.- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), SAFe Agile certifications.- Experience with Rally, Clarity, MS Project and MS Office tools- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, IT systems, networks, applications.EducationBachelors Degree or Equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
