Job DescriptionAs a member of the CVS Health Construction and Property Administration team, you will be exposed to many different aspects of the design and construction process. You will also be responsible for the coordination, planning, and implementation of new and remodel construction projects for the Enterprise. You will also be responsible to implement new construction through development of the project budgets and schedules, management of construction documentation, as well as coordination to obtain permits, bidding, contract review, change order resolution and construction administration. You will also implement remodel construction for variousscopes identified for the retail and non-retail environment,including budget and schedule management. Additionallyyou will be responsible for coordination of constructionpersonnel, reporting, project and contract closeouts.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 7+ year's experience in all aspects of the design andconstruction process including standards and costs.- Ability to travel to support enterprise work primarily in Ohio & Indiana, including occasional overnight travelPreferred Qualifications Working knowledge of construction management softwarepackages Excellent time and project management skills Ability to run multiple projects ranging in size andcomplexity.
