Job DescriptionThe Sales Executive for Aetna International is responsible for growing our SME (small and medium) international business. They will develop and cultivate strong relationships with organizations, producers and internal partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth. Responsibilities include:- Developing new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service.- Ensuring product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting Aetna International's revenue growth and profit objectives.- Managing and building producer relations.- Identifies various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line illustrating a keen understanding of client's multifaceted needs and benefits of Aetna International's full product array.- Collaborating with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities.- Coordinating sales materials and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of presentations. - Participating and leads constituent meetings including finals presentations and producer meetings.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 99,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 1-3 years previous benefit sales experience with either a carrier or producer.- Must reside in the Midwest Region (IL, WI, or IN).- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, stressful environment.- Capable of working in a team environment.- Flexibility to conduct in-person meetings and travel within assigned geography.- Insurance Producer LicensePreferred Qualifications- 3+ years selling through producer or direct producer and distribution channels. - Experience working with prospects directly. - Carrier or producer experience working in international.EducationCollege degree or equivalent experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
