Job Description As a Sr. Analyst in the Long-Term Care organization, you will provide guidance to the production support team to resolve complex issues and recommend solutions to ensure the continued operation of Long-Term Care applications. You will serve as a point of contact to our internal customers along with our external customers. Manage our multifaceted ticketing system (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, among others). You will be accountable for achieving application SLAs for the team. Track and manage work from initiation to successful completion. Interface with business management and technical staff. Anticipate business opportunities and changes and drive long-term strategies while maintaining a focus on short-term objectives. Exhibit proven customer and management communication skills, relationship development, and end-to-end experience. Must be results oriented with strong customer focus. Identify areas of improvement by spotting trends from reported incidents. Ability to provide assistance and direction to our internal/external customers via Microsoft Teams application, as needed. Available to attend daily meetings with our Tier 3 team to report any new items and assist in ticket research and incident replication. Provide Subject Matter Expert level knowledge about applications and application integration.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7-10+ years' experience includes work assignments, issue management. 5-7+ years' problem solving and analytic ability - be able to understand the big picture, determine how the issue impacts the business and understand the urgency. 7-10+ years' troubleshooting customer issues and reconfiguration application set up to resolve customer issues. Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills. Service oriented and customer focused. Committed to providing a better healthcare experience for our customers through the application of technology. Strong organizational skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Uses initiative to act on opportunities; Action and results orientated. Superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality; High levels of personal commitment, professionalism, and integrity. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative / matrix environment is important. Ability to work with teams in a virtual/distributed environment.Preferred Qualifications Work oversight experience in a Production Support environment. Prior Healthcare or PBM background. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. Experience in the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry.
