Job DescriptionThe Associate Category Designer & Innovation Center Supervisor position supports the Seasonal process. He/she aids the development of merchandising solutions that help to drive profitable sales and orchestrate shopper behavior. Supports the receipt/check in and set-up of planogram items/departments. He/she is responsible for the organization of the receiving area, backroom and planogram room on a daily basis. Job Description: Effectively interact with multiple levels of the organization. Partner with the Category Designers to develop the category merchandise plan and execute that plan across all main and alternate versions of planograms & seasonal bulletins. Track and maintain Seasonal sample receipts Assist in preparation of Seasonal Aisle for review process Assists Category Designers in seasonal photo shoots Track and maintain warehouse receipts and expenses Assist in category ordering Build/move gondola a fixtures and new display vehicles Take in and unload deliveries Coordinate usage of innovation center by other departments Facilitate the outbound deliveries of seasonal and discontinued productPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years of retail store management or merchandise display experience. Ability to lift/move boxes/containers up to 50lbs.Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of retail store management or merchandise display experience. Strong oral, written, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross functional team environment. Ability to plan, coordinate and set priorities on several projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines. Proficient user of Excel, Word, Access and Space Management software applications. Ability to set goals and adjust plans based on changing internal and external influences.
