Job DescriptionThe position will be supporting the Consumer Success & Growth organization with specific emphasis on the Marketing managing the ISM (Integrated Service Model) and Center of Excellence (COE) that manages a portion of our Customer call centers. This role will handle all aspects of the financial process related to managing, tracking, guiding, and advising the business and finance stakeholders on the Marketing Expense planning process and results. Activities the role will participate in: validating budget/forecast assumptions, understanding drivers of variances to budgets, participation in new business and renewal pricing decisions, meeting and presenting to Marketing business partners and Finance stakeholders on Financial results.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional work experience 3+ years finance experience working with shared services and corporate functions 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office products, Excel and Powerpoint 3+ years of developing solutions to improve financial outcomes for business areasPreferred Qualifications 2+ years of financial professional experience, preferable within a Fortune 100 company Experience in Healthcare or managing Marketing finance P&L and budget Track record that shows the ability to develop strategic plans, work in a cross-matrix environment, and collaborates well in team environment to accomplish common goals Working knowledge of accountingEducation Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting Master's degree a plusBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
