Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role in Cincinnati, Ohio. Work from home Monday and Friday. In office with the team, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for leading the Sales Support Specialists and ensuring quality pipeline foundation through strategic support of positive client interface from lead generation through contract negotiation and close. The Sales Support Supervisor has team ownership of qualified lead generation against prospect profitability, timelines and market segmentation. The role provides strategic direction for the Sales Support Specialist (SSS) team to ensure attainment of organizational key performance indicators (KPI's). The Sales Support Supervisor will have the opportunity to impact our business in the following ways:- Managing the Sales Support Specialist to ensure lead generation and contribution to pipeline development is aligned to key performance indicators (KPI's) within Market-Based Sales Team. - Hire, train, coach, counsel and where necessary performance manage of the SSS team members, to include but not limited to meeting volume expectations, team collaboration and sales resource data integrity.- Coaching and mentoring SSS to ensure quality pipeline foundation and positive client interface during needs and discovery through contract negotiation and close.- Implement and maintain the necessary cycle of both team and individual reviews as well as team members "ride-along" schedule. - You will be responsible for all required reviews and other administrative items for the SSS Team including expense approval, ensuring completion of all compliance training, etc. - You will maintain data integrity in the customer relationship management system.- As necessary, take on duties of a sales executive to support divisional volume expectations.- Works with direct reports to ensure market-based team approach is consistently and effectively deployed within designated regions. This includes, ensuring collaboration and strong communication between lead generation groups, operations, sales support, finance or other key stakeholders.- Enhances team accomplishments and competence by answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members and advising on strategy and analytics that promote maximum effectiveness.- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies to foster continued growth and knowledge of the Long Term Care industry - Participates as needed in Trade Shows, Conventions, and other industry programs. - You will report into the Sr. Manager of Enablement and will participate in necessary leadership meetings to ensure the performance of the team.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 99,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications2 years in call center and or leadership and sales experience - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.- Must travel when needed though travel will be negligible.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following preferred qualifications:- Demonstrated prior experience in sales; experience selling a service, preferred- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. - Strong analytic skills and solid business acumen- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.- Must have a working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
