Job DescriptionA unique opportunity to join the Medicare Growth PMO (Project Management Office) which manages projects and programs designed to grow the Medicare business. We seek a candidate who is looking to have responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program including planning, coordination, development, and implementation while ensuring the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. We manage a highly collaborative process which requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. This position will partner closely with Medicare Sales and Marketing to lead and support various Sales and Marketing activities including those related to improving health equity, multicultural initiatives and other sales or marketing focused initiatives. The role will: "¯ - Lead the work and deliverables of multiple programs through implementation that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration. -Proactively lead program and/or complex projects by creating project plan, timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s) -Identify gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization - Collaborate and partner with other functional managers, and other business areas across/within segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed - Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project - Influence change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services - Solicit and evaluate internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement - Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties -Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties - Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation -Build communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (up/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion -Act as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment - Apply Change Management best practices to ensure the organization is prepared to accept change This is an individual contributor role.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-6 plus years of experience related to project management in advertising, sales, marketing, including systems and processes -Ability to collaborate and drive results with project team members and stakeholders from various departments in a matrixed environment -Proven ability to lead change and influence outcomes -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Strong Business Project Management and Leadership skills, ability to lead a project and direct a matrixed project team -Proven record of accomplishment in meeting project milestones -Ability to identify and mitigate risks and solve project issues May be required to travel on occasionPreferred Qualifications-Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other Government Programs -Business Project Management experience with demonstrated successful delivery -Project management and/or marketing operations experience in a marketing or advertising agency or similar -Background and/or interest in health equity and/or multicultural programs -PMP trainedEducationBachelor's degree or comparable experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
