In this role, you will lead a team whose primary focus is enabling Sales to WIN by creating materials, enhancing messaging, and delivering innovative client experiences. Your team of 3 Senior Managers/Managers works closely with both New Business Sales and Account Management teams to help them win and renew business. Your team also owns conference and speaker execution for PBM-sales industry events.As Lead Director, you are responsible to deliver for the business and lead the team - this includes annual and quarterly business planning, establishing the team strategy and goals, and tracking/reporting success measures. Then you are who we needIn this role, you will: Lead the team to collaborate with Sales/Account Mgmt to create compelling, personalized presentations for finalist, renewal, and strategic meetings Be the driving force to improve our stories and messages - constantly and systematically assessing what we have today and how it could be better Ensure team processes are efficient and effective - from division of labor, to standards of engagement with partners, and even how material is shared with the sales teams to ensure they always have the best of the best (e.g. content management). Build strong relationships with sales leadership- hear and understand their needs and create effective solutions, fostering an environment of mutual admiration; includes how to provide updates to them on our work, specifically overseeing a program with regular cadence of update communications Ensure team members understand how to effectively address the client-specific meeting agendas while ensuring alignment with our value story, maintaining story flow, and coordinating high-quality design Drive conference and speaker execution for PBM Sales focused industry events, in collaboration with the Content and Corp Comm teams Lead the work to identify, source and create case studies that demonstrate our value, for use in client meetings as well as in broader Payor Marketing initiatives Identify and curate the best video content for use on meeting microsites and at Customer Center sites, working closely with the Content team Promote best practices and Sales self-service tools and materials, in close partnership with Sales Enablement, and drive Sales/Account Mgmt awareness of marketing assets and initiatives Analyze finalist meeting agenda topics to identify emerging trends and inform the Brand team about content gaps Lead the team of Senior Managers/Managers, including motivating and inspiring their best work, working on professional development, and helping them find success in their careers.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 227,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
