Job DescriptionAs a Senior Paralegal, you will be supporting attorneys and business teams on projects and daily workflow relating to CVS Health's long term care business unit, Omnicare, including legal research, contract review and drafting, organization and management.-focused on Omnicare business unit and high contract focus-the day to day of customer client contracts-highly regulated so a lot of oversight on process-requires both paralegal or contract admin and partnership with lawyers in the background-high volume of workflow and high turnaround times -large number of requests and forms based, established templates -front end of the contract draft process and contract conflict escalations -motivated and self-starter, history with business contracts helpful but not necessaryPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 33.65Maximum: 67.31Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
