Product Owner for Analytics - NYC Hybrid

Job DescriptionCVS Health's data & analytics organization is looking to build out its analytics product team focused on licensing data and analytics assets. The team's goal is to understand customers' unmet needs and help them make better decisions about their key strategic business objectives leveraging an analytics driven approach. The Product Owner for Analytics: Develops an understanding of the analytics market for healthcare services, identifies unmet needs and potential products CVSH can develop Drives the strategy and product definition of future analytics products from ideation to piloting, development, launch, and maintenance Positions products, builds business cases, and expands product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue Supports business development to identify and build relationships with potential client channels to pursue opportunities for our primary analytics products Supports complex negotiations and collaborates closely with commercial teams to articulate substantial client value Provides effective presentations to internal and external stakeholdersHybrid work model would include coming onsite approximately 2-3x/week in our NYC Soho office.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 2+ years' experience in product management (ideally analytic products), management consulting, or analytics solutions strategy /sales / business development 2+ years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred (payer, PBM, provider, manufacturer, other healthcare services) with exposure to analytics solutions improving patient lives; or experience in the general insurance / payment space Exposure to and understanding of business strategies and analytics-driven business solutions required Good communicator with peers and senior leaders, both 1:1 and in small groups Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to prospective clientsPreferred Qualifications The ideal candidate should be passionate about making healthcare more efficient and want to be part of a transformational change to making it more consumer friendlyEducation Bachelor's degree requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
