The Senior Manager Process Architect helps drive business and manage process improvement intake for an organization focused on the technologies involved in our interactions with CVS Health members and internal colleagues. Our process architects are thinking at an enterprise level with both tactical and strategic elements in mind to improve processes and make good processes great. You will be accountable to drive disruptive innovation and ensure we are improving our investments and interactions with our members. We are enablers of change, empowering our CVS Health colleagues to unlock better work experiences through open communication, collaborative process architecture, and human centered outcomes. You will be charged with encouraging dialogue and engagement throughout the enterprise as a champion of a reimagined colleague experience. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Manage complex team interdependences during the project estimation and prototyping process across the enterprise in terms of process architecture and design- Works to ensure multiple interdependent project streams stay on time during tight estimation timelines to help ensure CVS Health product delivery is outstanding from a process architecture perspective- Change standard lines of thinking and legacy processes concerning hardware and software capital management by closely working with Line Architects on forecast, spend, and process- Understand and evaluate process improvement opportunities from an enterprise architect perspective- Host, engage in, and review architecture level listening sessions on a variety of process improvements- Be able to handle escalation resolution as part of a team or lead them as an individual at an enterprise scale with a clear process architecture perspective- Be ready to design Red Team engagements to find and understand process improvements- Advocate for and understand human centered designPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications8+ years of overall experience with process mapping, IT computer applications, process improvement, resource management, application/product development, infrastructure, and complex team interactionsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with customer care technologies and their effective management- Previous retail / healthcare experience and domain knowledge- Experience working via an agile, sprint-based working style - Proven ability to successfully balance near-term results- Project Management Professional Certification- Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing skills, and leadership proficiencies- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodology a plus- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
