Job DescriptionThe Enterprise MarTech Product and Platforms team drives incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant connected experiences across the CVS Retail, Pharmacy and Health Care businesses. The Senior Martech and Platform Product Manager is a vital role on the team that understands how content, data, and activation channels work together to create high performing and highly personalized, inbound, and outbound marketing campaigns. You will work closely with other MarTech Product Owners and leaders and CVS Health lines of business to innovate and drive solutions aligned to the strategic vision. The Senior Martech and Platform Product Manager maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components and engages with closely with colleagues as part of an Agile/Scrum-based team to deliver the product vision across the MarTech current and target-state ecosystem.Your responsibilities include executing within the SAFe methodology to plan and manage a backlog of features and stories for a focused set of Marketing Technology capabilities. You will be expected to collaborate very closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, other Product Owners and SME's, Scrum Masters, and Engineering and Architecture teams within a fully scaled agile framework to ensure successful delivery. Primary skills include strong communication, program management, technical knowledge of Marketing Technology systems, and demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to recommend and refine the vision for customer interactions, platform and channel capabilities, and omni-channel orchestration. SAFe or Agile experience is required.User Story Development Works with product management and stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points that are strategic priorities for CVS Health. Provides subject matter expertise - explaining features and product vision and user stories to impacted teams to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered. Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to iteration objectives. Responsible for defining and prioritizing stories that will increase delivery velocity and establishing acceptance criteria that ensures quality of the program. Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating stories meet acceptance criteria and has met acceptance tests. Approves stories as complete. Responsible to update Product Management on Story status to align on delivery expectations. Responsible for building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of team backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and multi-million-dollar business value. Sets the runway for early business value and customer impact by determining sequencing of sprint planning. Leads the team in identifying dependencies and tradeoffs as well as problem solving risks that may appear in the backlog.Program Increment (PI) Planning Partner with Product Management, who is responsible for the Program Backlog, to assist in preparing for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting. Identify the potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment. Drafts the team's objectives and defines features for the Program Increment session. Collaborates with the team to produce the PI system demo"¯and the Product Owner presents it to program stakeholders. Maintain Conceptual and Technical Integrity of Features/Components. Partner with design function to consider usability testing and end-user feedback to ensure product will address and resolve user pain points. Provide architecture and development teams sufficiently detailed feedback on user stories and product vision to ensure the team maintains the technical integrity of features / functionality.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience working with Marketing campaign execution and/or journey orchestration solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Responsys). 5+ years required experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager. 2+ years' experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or high familiarity with Agile processes, such as Scrum and/or Kanban. This is a 100% remote position. Must be able to support East Coast hours.Travel requirement is up to 10% Annually.Preferred QualificationsHands on experience with technologies from Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Marketing Technology platforms. Held key role in an ESP migration.Can demonstrate knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and deep understanding of Digital Marketing concepts. Able to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
