The Chief Marketing Officer is a key senior leadership team player who has the keen ability to transform strategy into a compelling story that easily differentiates our outcome from our competitors. They will collaborate closely with sales enablement, account management, product and senior leaders to create strategic marketing and communications plans, drive decision-making, and ensure smooth execution of key strategic initiatives. This leader will report directly to the VP, ActiveHealth and HDMS, and will lead a high performing team of individuals to deliver against our goals.Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategic leadership of identifying and developing long-term opportunities that provide competitive advantage through marketing. Has a deep understanding of the ActiveHealth and HDMS strategy and drives marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and goals. Sets priorities and executes strategy for ActiveHealth and HDMS and owns the allocation of budgets for marketing and performance metrics linked to their client's goals. Leads development of appropriate, segmented value story assets for sales support by developing holistic views of targeted member segments and the member journey. Drives the design and execution of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives by understanding and aligning to the business strategy. Shapes line of business brand strategy in line with Aetna brand. Designs and maintains an omni-channel customer experience. Data and results-driven marketer; expert in direct to consumer (DTC), business to business (B2B), or business to business to consumer (B2B2C) best practices in both digital and traditional direct channels.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 297,250Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience within the marketing field. 10+ years of experience as SME. Experience managing both cross functional/matrix teams and teams of direct reports. Ability to work collaboratively through various department and functions. Promotes a culture of proactive teamwork. Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization. Negotiating, influencing, and change management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including listening and ability to explain complex ideas and technologies, and writing and presenting formal presentations.
