Job DescriptionThis Business Analysis Manager is an individual contributor opportunity, where you will join a dynamic team supporting the financial and enrollment reporting needs for the Individual and Family Plans product. As the Business Analysis Manager for the scrum team, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements from diverse teams, clearly documenting, and communicating solution acceptance criteria, collaborating with testing teams to ensure requirements are translated to solid test scenarios, and working with stakeholders following solution deployment to validate success.Please note this position is available fully remote out of any state in the United States and works with EST hours.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5 + years of demonstrated business analysis experience including requirements for one or more large complex IT product/software development cycles/projects.3+ years of experience as business analyst.Preferred Qualifications Strong Business Analysis skills Ability to lead requirements initiatives across diverse teams Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and financial data. Experience with SAFe Agile preferred. Prior experience in the healthcare industry. Health care enrollment experience is a plus. Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
