Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Manager on the Connected Provider Care Collaboration (CPCC) program team, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing key components of a strategic, innovative solution for the electronic exchange of clinical data. You will work with business owners, Product Managers and Owners, IT, Architecture, Interoperability, and other stakeholders to ensure business priorities are planned and delivered as agreed upon. You will be responsible for concurrent initiatives as team lead and/or team member, based on resource requirements. Responsibilities include: Developing project plans, tracking milestones, assessing risks, and ensuring delivery of program objectives on time Monitoring and assessing team and program progress against agreed upon deliverables and following up as needed Tracking and reporting on value metrics to ensure alignment to the portfolio Collaborating with business partners, IT, and Architects on Program Increment planning to drive IT prioritization Raising, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues a they arise Collaborating with program partners to provide solutions to emerging business needs Managing stakeholder engagement, communications, and meetings Gathering and analyzing program-related data to support timely, informed decision-making May require process mapping and discovery activities in order to understand the business workflow and concerns The desired candidate will have solid proven experience as a project management professional with experience working in an Agile environment in the healthcare industry. "¯A background in Data Analysis is a key skill required for this position. A successful candidate is comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team in an ambiguous, changing environment. "¯ NOTE: This role can be based anywhere in US. Additional Responsibilities of the Sr. Manager, Project Management include: Demonstrate an ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm Collaborate and partner with other functional managers, business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed Influence change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services Cross-functional/segment group facilitation and presentation Responsible for interpreting complex sets of data to identify trends, key insights, and statistically relevant conclusions. Ability to illustrate complex topics into easy to digest visuals and presentations. Capable of working in complex and ambiguous environments where problems must be identified, defined, and solutions developed. Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and strategies Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environmentPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications At least 3 years of healthcare and/or health insurance experience At least 3 years of Project Management experience with a proven track record managing complex projects Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/Teams Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences and management Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external constituencies Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications PMP certification or demonstrated equivalent work experience Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims, clinical, and provider knowledge is preferred Skilled in Excel, QuickBase is preferredEducationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
