Senior Analyst, Business Analysis

Job DescriptionSr. Business Analyst role with CVS Health's Government Services team is driven by a vision to "improve the quality of human life" of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable and easy to access. This individual will assist the Business Analysis Manager and/or other senior team members to complete requirements elicitation and other related tasks throughout the project. in addition, This person is experienced with selecting appropriate techniques to accomplish business analysis tasks in different situations. He or she has good working knowledge of most, if not all, areas of business analysis. This individual should have a general understanding of Agile methodologies and is able to learn how to be pivotal working with SCRUM teams at a project or product level. This individual is pivotal within their project team and should be able to do other tasks such as writing PRF, Scope documents, and assist with other tasks that may include testing.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsSelf-driven individual with the following:3+ years of demonstrated practical work experience in the Business Analyst role including writing business requirements3+ years of experience in the software development methodology lifecycle, including process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, data analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation3+ years of experience developing use cases using a software development methodologyPreferred QualificationsBA experience in the Healthcare industryWorking in RegulatoryExperience facilitating design discussions as related to understanding requirementsExperience with one or more SDLC methodologiesWriting and Verbal skills with a meticulous attention to detail, to communicate information effectively to leads, managers, and technical staffInterpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, project management, and technical staff) Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural languageOrganizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while also working with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing informationEducationHigh School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experienceORA Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT, IS, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or closely related technical fieldBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
