Job DescriptionResource needed to help with support the Revenue Cycle Leadership Team through managing and maintaining all Revenue Cycle user provisioning processes, supporting telecom system access and setup and call-recording processes.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 2 years of relevant business experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Access/PowerBI Platform experience Intermediate SharePoint/Office 365 experiencePreferred Qualifications 2+ years of relevant business experience, including experience working with revenue cycle applications and healthcare finance and accounting principles Advanced SharePoint/Office 365 experience, including experience creating SharePoint workflows Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tools Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts Proven ability to collaborate across business lines to work towards enterprise goals and objectives Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations Extreme accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment Experience in reporting and data analysis (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau or Similar)EducationHigh School Diploma/GED requiredSecondary Information Technology Education from a Technical School, College or University preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
