Job DescriptionAetna Health Digital is looking for a Product Owner with experience working in a fast-paced startup like environment. As the Product Owner, working with other product, design, architecture and engineering teams, you will help grow features within our Aetna Health Behavior Change portfolio.This individual will: Implement the product roadmap for new features or incremental progress on existing features within Aetna Health, the Aetna member website, iOS and Android apps. Identify next priorities, lead the definition of requirements through grooming and planning, partner with engineering thru development and deployment and own and manage the product ongoing. Understand and champion the Aetna Health Behavior Change and Wellness initiatives and how they align to broader train and organizational objectives. Work with fellow Product Managers and Product Owners to provide subject matter expertise and explain product vision to designers, scrum teams and architects to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered. Define stories that translate customer and business needs/features into executable pieces of work; establish acceptance criteria. Prioritize and align the efforts of assigned agile engineering and design team. Ensure quality by validating that features meet acceptance criteria; approve features. Drive system demos. Lead team in identifying dependencies and tradeoffs as well as problem solving risks. Collaborate cross functionally, when roadblocks occur, to problem solve and develop mitigation plans. Drive the team to success by working across teams to drive discussion and engagement. Define and track product success metrics. Ensure internal product stakeholder needs and expectations are met. Promote transparency with proactive communication to product and engineering leadership.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years of digital product experience 3+ years experience working with engineering and design teams to build direct to consumer web and mobile apps required. 1+ years experience with Agile/Scrum 2+ years guiding teams and working collaboratively across cross functional areas.Preferred Qualifications Action oriented individual with strong management, analytical and people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
