Job DescriptionAs the Finance Manager (IC) Minute Clinic you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance for Minute Clinic. In this role, you will:- Lead and direct the annual budgeting, monthly forecast and monthly close processes for Minute Clinic Finance as it relates to clinic level mix, margin and reimbursement. including clinic level allocations to support the Minute Clinic Reimagined Initiative goals- Lead the development of an integrated process to align MC Finance with Operations relative to allocations and projections as a site level.-Develop and maintain automated and data informed forecast for fleet of over 1,000 locations. - Manage the month end close and forecast responsibilities includes preparing monthly variance analysis to budget, forecast and prior year for major clinic level drivers. -Responsibility and oversight for upload and maintenance of clinical level forecasts and reporting through existing Tableau and or other tools as further developed. This includes direct finance support for Minute Clinic leadership including the Operations and Payor Contracting group. - Develop analytical tools to review forecasts and budget results, including but not limited to, rate/volume, clinic level volume, KPI's and monthly dashboards. Successful candidate will have the ability and willingness to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with a natural curiosity toward problem solving.- Serve as Minute Clinic Lead on all Ad-Hoc Financials related to differential pay, Overtime Usage, additional staffing allocations and costs benefit analyses of incremental investment.- Ensure accuracy of SAP financials and prepare ad hoc analysis- Actively contribute to process improvement and assist in various department projects as neededPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
