Job Description Support all levels of Epic reporting including but not limited to report requests, dashboards, extracts, and security. Work with Ambulatory build team and report requestors to understand, document requirements and estimate the level of effort. Develop plans at a high level and document required steps to achieve stated requirements. Review plans with management/peers as appropriate. Collaborate with Ambulatory build team, Clarity DBAs, and the Reporting server administrator to ensure the requested Reporting content is developed accurately and deployed effectively. Design and build scalable reporting solutions to continuously monitor trends, pattern, outliers on various clinical and operational metrics which impacts patient's health and operation performance. Build Radar dashboards and Reporting Workbench reports with in Epic Hyperspace environment for Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Operations and other business teams. Work collaboratively with the business users in testing phase and ensures the final deliveries of extracts and reports meet the business needs. Review Epic upgrade documentation related to reporting and implement the changes as per the guidelines defined.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of SQL programming experience in a SQL server environment and a data warehouse environment (Teradata, Oracle or UDB) - Additional experience and/or certification in Cogito, Radar, and Reporting Workbench desired.- Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications - Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team environment, in writing functional specification documentation and leading cross functional initiatives across an enterprise - Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner - Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and results to business partners - High levels of self-motivation and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experience - Experience with Tableau dashboards - Experience with SSRSEducationBachelor's Degree or in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or closely related field or equivalent experience .Masters degree preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
